C.D. Halsey is the author of The Heir Of Deception, with many more books in the works. She loves reading about soulmates in fantasy books and has been married to her own soulmate for three years. On the days that she is not writing, C.D. is often spending that time with her husband and their three dogs either in the mountains of Washington, where her family is located, or curled up with a hot coffee and a good book.
